* Is my customer information stored securely?

Yes, definitely. Your customer information and all information belonging to you are kept securely. It is not possible for anyone but you to reach it. The information we provide is completely encrypted and stored.

* Can I change my billing address?

Invoices created with the completion of online shopping are not sent physically. If the product is not shipped within 2 (two) days after the order is placed, you can change your address.

* How many days is the shipping time of the product?

The time for orders to be prepared and shipped (unless otherwise specified) is 3 (three) to 5 (five) business days following the completion of the purchase.
